Information about your ancestors
A Binder to put the questionnaires into.
Activity Steps:
1) Print the questionnaires
2) Ask your parents or grandparents to help you answer the questions. Sometimes this information is in your baby book or a family bible if you have one.
3)Put your completed sheets into a binder or book that you can decorate. It will make a wonderful keepsake for yourself or a gift for a family member. You could make photocopies and have more than one.
