As well as being the oldest house in British Columbia, Tod House also lays claim to being the site of one of Canada's best-documented hauntings! When Lieutenant Colonel Evans and his wife bought the old Tod house in 1944, they could never have imagined what kind of surprises would be welcoming them to the neighbourhood!

Just before Colonel Evans finalized his purchase of Tod house, he received an anonymous phone call—someone warning him not to buy the house because it was haunted. But Colonel and Mrs. Evans didn't believe in ghosts. They bought the house and started to renovate it, but someone or something wanted to make its presence known. . .
