In 1855 the Census of Vancouver Island lists the following at Craigflower Farm:
70 acres of improved farmland 830 acres of unimproved farm land |
3 out-houses 1 school 1 sawmill 1 flour mill |
LIVESTOCK
14 horses 15 milk cows 12 working oxen 83 other cattle 1126 sheep 27 swine 80 poultry |
80 bushels of wheat 80 bushels of peas 100 tons of turnips
